Analytics Overview

The Analytics module provides comprehensive insights into your content performance, revenue metrics, and media consumption. All analytics data is accessible through an intuitive web interface with powerful filtering and export capabilities.

Track and analyze your content performance across multiple dimensions:

  • Traffic: Page views, unique visitors, sessions, and engagement metrics
  • Content Ranking: Identify your top-performing content by various metrics
  • Search Performance: Understand how readers discover your content through search
  • Content Production: Monitor editorial output and publishing patterns
  • Social: Monitor performance across various social channels including e-mail marketing

Monitor your monetization performance and subscription metrics:

  • Orders: Track purchases, transaction volumes, and order trends
  • Subscriptions: Analyze subscription growth, churn, and retention
  • Paywall Performance: Measure paywall effectiveness and conversion rates
  • Automations: Track automated marketing campaign performance

Measure engagement with your audio and video content:

  • Audio Analytics: Podcast and audio content consumption metrics
  • Video Analytics: Video playback, completion rates, and viewer engagement

Analytics data is presented in three formats:

Metrics

  • Key performance indicators displayed as summary cards
  • Quick overview of critical numbers
  • Comparison values and trend indicators

Graphs

  • Visual representation of trends over time
  • Multiple chart types (line, bar, pie, etc.)
  • Interactive data points with detailed information

Tables

  • Detailed data in tabular format
  • Sortable columns for easy analysis
  • Pagination for large datasets

All graphical data can be converted to table format and exported:

  1. Click the Table View button on any graph
  2. Review the data in tabular format
  3. Click Export as CSV to download
  4. Open the CSV file in your preferred spreadsheet application

This allows you to perform custom analysis, create custom reports, or integrate data with other systems.

Each analytics report includes a comprehensive filtering system:

  1. Locate the Filters panel on the right side of the screen
  2. Select your desired filters (date range, categories, content types, etc.)
  3. Click Apply Filters to update the report
  4. Use Save Filter to store frequently used filter combinations

Filters are specific to each report type and may vary based on the data being displayed.
