Importing Customer records
You can quickly add customers in bulk using the CSV import feature. Follow these steps:
How to Import Customers
Section titled “How to Import Customers”- Navigate to Revenue → Customers
- Open the “Create Customer” dropdown
- Select “Import from CSV”
- Upload your CSV file
- Review the column mapping
Match your CSV columns to the available customer fields. - Finalize the import
Review the preview and confirm to complete the import.
Available CSV Fields
Section titled “Available CSV Fields”Your CSV file can include the following columns:

mobile | Mobile phone number |
country | Country |
city | City |
source | Source of the customer (e.g., import, referral) |
notes | Any notes about the customer |
client_id | Client ID from the Clients list |
preferredLanguage | Preferred language (e.g., en, fr) |
first_name | First name |
last_name | Last name |
gender | Gender (e.g., male, female) |
newsletters | Newsletter channel IDs (comma-separated, e.g., 1,2) |
Note:
- The
emailfield is required and must be valid. - You can include as many or as few fields as you wish.
- If a customer already exists, their newsletter subscriptions will be updated. No other properties will be modified.
- We will be supporting custom fields import in an upcoming release. Please express your interest to our support team.
