Importing Customer records

You can quickly add customers in bulk using the CSV import feature. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Revenue → Customers
  2. Open the “Create Customer” dropdown
  3. Select “Import from CSV”
  4. Upload your CSV file
  5. Review the column mapping
    Match your CSV columns to the available customer fields.
  6. Finalize the import
    Review the preview and confirm to complete the import.

Your CSV file can include the following columns:

client_idClient ID from the Clients list

genderGender (e.g., male, female)
newslettersNewsletter channel IDs (comma-separated, e.g., 1,2)

Note:

  • The email field is required and must be valid.
  • You can include as many or as few fields as you wish.
  • If a customer already exists, their newsletter subscriptions will be updated. No other properties will be modified.
  • We will be supporting custom fields import in an upcoming release. Please express your interest to our support team.
