August 2025
Section titled “August 2025”- Content:
- Improved interface for coauthoring with user avatars
- Realtime coauthoring for content now mirrors all fields, allowing a more seamless collaborative experience.
- Content builder: New emoji button with special characters tab for accented Latin letters
- Comments: You can now see attributes that are attached to comments
- Pages: Added pinning support to items in a page
- E-mail builder:
- Import any URL as an image with an optional play icon
- Hyperlink underline option
- E-mail size indicator
- E-mail preview text
- Improved UI for variables and hyperlinks insertion
- Improved condition statement and added new documentation for more variables
- Social Posts:
- Post templates for easier workflows. You can now define a template that includes specific channels, which can be re-used by other users.
- Ability to select a custom template while creating a social post
- You can now preview how an email will arrive to a specific customer by using the Customer dropdown in the social post preview page.
- Analytics:
- Automations have received a new analytics report with many metrics. See the section below.
- Automations:
- Multi-step automations are now supported.
- Real-time analytics are now available for automations. Metrics include: triggers, enters, exit, pass rate, fail rate, open rate, click-through rate (CTR)
- New triggers related to Content and Pages
- API:
- Listing and preview any social post is now possible
- Slug customization support for URLs now includes keywords, authors, categories, and content.
July 2025
Section titled “July 2025”- Payment Methods:
- Payments methods are now fully configurable from the UI without support intervention.
- Revio is now a supported payment gateway.
- E-mail builder: New version of the e-mail builder includes various feature drops:
- Duplicate component
- Save component
- Responsive display
- E-mail preview text
- Component display conditions
- Complaint rate analytics: We added tracking for an email post’s complaint rate.
- Automation analytics: All e-mails generated from the system including automation emails now have open rate and click through rate tracking.
- Form management: Forms can now be created and managed from the CMS. They can also link to automations so that you can send email notifications to you or to the customer.
- New APIs: The new API now offers many new endpoints. We expect all clients to be able to fully migrate by July 2025.
- Realtime content widget: A new widget is available to show the content being real on your products in real time (as opposed to all of today).
- Recommended fields: You can now mark a field as recommended instead of required. The user will be asked to fill it, but they’re not required to.
- AI Automation Suggestion: From the content type editor (Publisher Configuration), eligible fields (text fields) can now opt to automatically generate an AI-based value based on the default prompt linked to that field.
- E-mail:
- Drag and drop: You can now drag and drop an image file from your PC onto the email builder to replace the actively selected image or add a new one.
- Import from Wires and YouTube: You can quickly add a YouTube video to your e-mails.
- Authenticated links for users. Consult this guide for setup.
- OAuth2 authentication: consult the OAuth2 guide page for setup.
- WhatsApp channels now support sending a post with an image preview instead of link preview.
June 2025
Section titled “June 2025”New features
Section titled “New features”- Server-side video pre-processing: Editing a video from your browser is now faster. We process videos on the server instead of client-side, which reduces the load on your browser and eliminates video processing failures. The result for you is much faster upload and processing times.
- Complaint rate analytics: We added tracking for an email post’s complaint rate.

Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”- Emails:
- Custom locales in emails: You can specify the locale when rendering emails per channel.
- Email sending progress: You can view the progress (in percent) of sending for e-mail posts.
- Added new fonts to email builder: Helvetica and Arial are now available.
- Hidden API keys: API keys, once filled, are now hidden from the user for better security.
- Social posts:
- Support enumerating OneSignal lists: You can choose a OneSignal segment without having to know its name.
- Support for targeting different OneSignal segments per social post
- New URL method for Content: You can now use a new URL style that contains the article date and slug.
- Telegram image posting: You can now decide to choose to publish posts as an image post (instead of a link preview).
- Performance improvements: CMS operations and page load time have been drastically improved. This is thanks to both code and infrastructure improvements.
- Domain validation upon registrating: When a new customer registers by e-mail and password, the system checks for the domain’s existence before accepting the registration.
May 2025
Section titled “May 2025”New features
Section titled “New features”- Audio analytics: Audio files streamed through News Suite now have a dedicated analytics report, where you can see daily plays, customer retention, and completion and drop-off rates.
- Social analytics update: New reports are available for channel types Email and OneSignal.
- Email: You can now see your customer retention rate, account age, and subscription status.
- OneSignal: You can now see conversions and CTR rates.
- Customers segmentation:
- Searching customers is now 100x faster.
- More fields are now searchable and sortable, such as “Total subscription days”.
- You can now see the total targeted audience when sending an e-mail.
Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”- WebP downgrade: Images in WebP format are downgraded to JPEG for broader compatibility. WebP images will still be served at the CDN level for supported clients.
- Batch tag management for customers: You can now add/remove tags from customers using multi-select.
- Cacheable API page size: You can now specify a page size for the content API.
- More exportable analytics: Video and Audio analytics now have an export button.
- Embed existing poll: Existing polls can now be embedded into content instead of always creating a new one.
April 2025
Section titled “April 2025”New features
Section titled “New features”- Cacheable API: We have released a new API that is fully cached and allows extremely fast response times.
- Support for Telegram and Truth Social embeds
- Custom Customer tags: Assign custom tags to customers, which is available for segmentation too.
- Image transforms management: You have full control over the available image transforms.
- New field type: You can now assign other content as a field type, for example, to create a field called Country in your content.
- Support ticket statuses: You can now manage support ticket statuses in Revenue Configuration, Helpdesk section.
- New free subscribers widget: A new dashboard widget that counts subscribers, while excluding the ones with a payment method set to Free.
Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”- New AI models: You can now use GPT-4.1, GPT4.1-mini, and GPT4.1-nano while using the AI Assistant.
- Page management:
- Automatic sections: You can now assign automated page sections, which are made readily available for API consumption. For example, you can add a Politics section in the Homepage, and assign the number of articles to display. You can then change the search filters and number of articles dynamically from the backend without developer intervention.
- Views count: the total views count is now shown while managing a page’s content.
- Customer search improvement: Searching customers is now 2x faster.
- Content editor:
- French punctuation: French content now follows AP formatting for quotations (guillemets) and punctuation.
- Content search using custom fields: You can now filter by any custom field while searching for content.
- Loop start and end in e-mail builder: By specifying a loop start index and end index, you can display content in emails using different stylings depending on their loop iteration.
- Ability to embed existing live blogs: You don’t have to create a new live blog each time you want to embed one in your content.
- Support for YouTube Live embeds
- Key-based content previewing: Support previewing content on your custom frontend by providing a temporary preview key.
- Feeds image import now copies over credits: previously, images imported from Feeds would only copy the caption from the feed’s title, without the credits or copyright.
- Relative dates updates: Relative dates (x minutes ago) now updates while the page is open for a more seamless experience.
- Subscribers report exclude free records: The Subscribers report now excludes the “Free” payment method by default. You can update the search filters to include them if needed.
March 2025
Section titled “March 2025”New features
Section titled “New features”- Multi-model AI Prompting: You can now pick your preferred model while sending an AI prompt.
- Paywall analytics: Paywall analytics are now migrated to News Suite from the old edition, with new metrics such as Paywall CTR and Datawall CTR.
- Analytics-based Customer segmentation: Customer segments can include filters such as “visits in the past month”, or how many articles were read in a specific category.
- Widgets: New widgets were added: newsletter subscribers counter, and paywall subscribers counter.
- Video resume support: Videos now resume where the user left off.
- Video chapters support: You can now define video chapters using the video remastering tool or paste a VTT file.
- Spanish language: Spanish is now added as a UI language.
- Customer segmentation: You can now saved any customer list to be reused later for search or targeting via social posts or other means.
- Batch editing support: Various UI pages now support muti-select and performing batch actions such as delete or publish.
- HTML editing support: For advanced users, the rich-text editor now has a toolbar button to edit the HTML inside it. Use with caution!
- French punctuation support: If you set the locale of a publication to anything starting with “fr-”, then the rich text editor will automatically replace your quotes and punctuation using French-language rules.
- Cloudflare Cache: Cloudflare cache is now available as an integrated caching system.
- Mentions in Notes: Notes that are added to content for internal messaging can now contain @mentions. The mentioned user receives a notification about the mention.
Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”- Next allowed status: Workflow configuration now allows you to pick what statuses are applicable as a next state. This allows you to prevent Draft content from being published, for example.
- Next action after publising: Based on the Content Type, you can now configure the system to redirect immediately to a new blank content after publishing an existing one.
- Page editor: Products and Pricing Tiers can now be added to pages.
- Audio editor: You can now configure a custom list of background music that can be added to audio files.
- Video transcoding: Video transcoding profiles are now configurable.
- Player management: Multiple video players can now be configured, which can be used for different settings such as advertising, autoplay, HLS support, etc.
- Charts total value: Charts that contain summable data (such as total pageviews) now show a total value in the graph’s card header.
- Preview content: You can now preview content in a new window without choosing a specific screen resolution to preview at.
- Caption preservation: Re-used photos now preserve their caption from both the Media Library and Feeds.
- WhatsApp self service: You can now authenticate your WhatsApp account without reaching out to support. This is done through the Publisher Configuration page.
- Upgraded paywall module: We switched the storage engine for the paywall module, resulting in lower data use and faster performance.
February 2025
Section titled “February 2025”New features
Section titled “New features”- Audio Library: Manage your audio files, remaster them by adding an intro/outro and background music, and reuse them.
- Search analytics: View your top keywords, impressions, clicks, CTR, and position on Google and Bing.
- Analytics: New Paywall report for tracking the performance of your paywall strategy.
- Retarget e-mail recipients: Customer filters now include “Read social post” which allows you to query, save, and retarget customers that have opened a specific newsletter post.
- Video settings: You can now manage video player settings and video transcoding profiles from within Publisher Configuration.
Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”- Analytics optimizations: Speed optimizations allow analytics pages to load up to 10x faster.
- Language-agnostic AI Prompts: Your custom AI prompts can now be used on content of any language.
- Graphs with totals row: Graphs that contain summable data (such as views counter) can now display the total within the graph’s header.
January 2025
Section titled “January 2025”New features
Section titled “New features”- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): You can now specify a Knowledge Base in the AI Settings to allow all AI-related actions access to any knowledge base content you have.
- Looker Studio integration: You can now query your content, customers, orders, and subscriptions as a data source in Google Looker Studio. Use the “Export” feature to start setup.
Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”- Voice TTS: New button to automatically add line breaks for slower reading of content.
- Publisher: Support for copy-pasting images directly into the content body.
December 2024
Section titled “December 2024”New features
Section titled “New features”- AI Photo Editing: You can use AI to edit photos and perform actions such as upscale images, outpaint, remove background, and search and replace.
- Watermark support: You can now add stickers or custom watermarks to photos. You can preconfigure watermarks from the Publisher Configuration screen.
- AI Assistant: Photos are now supported with the AI Assistant. You can ask it to describe anything it sees in the photo for example.
- YouTube support: YouTube is now fully supported as a social channel.
- Microsoft login support: Built-in support for Microsoft ID login.
- Point of Focus: Highly-requested feature migrated from our old product. You can now click on an image to set the point of focus. The CMS will automatically attempt to pick a point for you based on recognized faces and objects in the photo.
Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”- Voice TTS: You can now add background music to your AI-generated audio.
- Social Posts: You can now sort by Reach and Score.
November 2024
